Apple dumplings 4 medium apples 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour 2 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine
To make the filling, peel and dice the apples. Combine with 1/4 cup of sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Toss to coat apples. Arrange in 4 small oven proof baking dishes. To make the topping, combine oats, flour, 2 Tbsp of sugar and the margarine (melted). Sprinkle evenly over the 4 dishes. Bake until apples are tender and crumb topping is golden brown. About 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving. Bake at 400 degrees
